Shipping
At Postershop.dk, we strive to deliver your order quickly and safely.

Delivery
We dispatch orders Monday–Friday.
All orders are delivered with GLS to the nearest parcel shop.

Expected delivery time:

• Standard posters: 2–5 business days

• Large posters (70×100 cm and larger): 3–7 business days

• During campaigns and peak season, delivery may take 1–3 days longer

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
It may take up to 24 hours before the parcel is registered by the carrier.

Shipping price
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders above the current threshold, as shown on the online store.

Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected from the parcel shop within GLS’s storage period (typically 7 days), it will be returned to us.

When it is returned, we deduct DKK 69 to cover return shipping and handling.
If you would like the parcel resent, a new shipping charge will apply.

Damaged parcels
If the parcel is damaged when you receive it, we recommend that you:

1. take photos of the parcel and the item

2. contact us as soon as possible
