Bang & Olufsen's Skøjtepigen is one of the best-known figures in Danish advertising history. The figure was launched in the 1930s to advertise the company's products - a young woman on skates symbolising elegance, freedom and modernity. Even then, B&O was a company with ambitions to unite technology and aesthetics, and the assured graphic style of the Skøjtepigen poster reflects the design awareness that continues to characterise the company.
We produce every poster on demand to avoid unnecessary overproduction and waste.
For US orders, fulfillment is handled through our print partner workflow. Paper specification can vary by format and production location, while every file is prepared for high-quality art printing.
