Returns, Cancellations & Damaged Items

Postershop offers a voluntary 30-day return period from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions below and any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

Return condition

Returned items must be handled with care and returned in a condition that allows us to assess and, where appropriate, resell them. Posters must not be folded, creased or damaged.

Customized or personalized products

Products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from cancellation or return rights where permitted by applicable law.

Return shipping

For voluntary returns, the customer normally pays the return shipping cost unless applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions and return address for your order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact info@postershop.dk with your order number and photos where relevant. We will review the case and provide an appropriate remedy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and assessed, subject to applicable law and payment-provider processing times.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
